When I was a Visual Newsroom Intern at Adweek, I was able to collaborate with writers and illustrate accompanying graphics. Sadly this was during the Covid-19 pandemic and print became entirely digital — but I still managed to sneak in an illustration for their digital print.

As a fellow Asian American, I’m proud to have created a graphic that captured the grief we faced during the Covid 19 pandemic. Actress Lucy Liu and Instagram’s Eva Chen reposted the graphic on their respective social medias.
